Apple Store Colombia (ASC) is an independent e-commerce business that
resells genuine Apple products in Colombia.
ASC is **not** Apple's official store, is **not** an Apple Authorized
Reseller, and is **not** affiliated with Apple Inc.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods and HomePod are
trademarks of Apple Inc. ASC uses them descriptively to identify the
products it resells, in accordance with Article 4 of Colombian Law 256
of 1996 and Articles 7 and 26 of Andean Community Decision 486.
## Operating model
ASC operates exclusively online. It has no retail stores, branches or
walk-in service. All sales, advice and support are handled through
digital and phone channels.
Inventory ships from a warehouse via national carriers:
Interrapidísimo, Servientrega and Deprisa.
## Commercial terms
- Product condition: new, factory-sealed, with no prior registration or
activation
- Currency: Colombian peso (COP)
- Shipping: free nationwide, insured for the commercial value of the
product
- Delivery times: estimated. They depend on destination and on carrier
operations, which are handled by third parties, and may be affected by
road access, public-order conditions or weather
- Payment methods: domestic and international credit and debit cards,
PSE, Nequi, Mercado Pago, Efecty, Wompi, Bold and Bre-B
- Additional 5% discount on payments made through Bre-B
- Financing available up to 4 months interest-free via Wompi
## Right of withdrawal
Buyers have 5 business days from delivery to exercise the right of
withdrawal under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer
Statute).
The product must be returned unused and sealed, with original packaging
and accessories, along with proof of purchase.
**ASC covers the return shipping costs.** Pickup is arranged with the
carrier at no cost to the buyer.

## Warranty
Every new device carries Apple's **one-year manufacturer limited
warranty** against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from
the date of purchase.
This warranty is tied to the device serial number rather than to the
sales channel, and is honored by any Apple Authorized Service Provider
(AASP). The directory of authorized providers in Colombia is at

Manufacturer coverage excludes accidental damage, liquid exposure,
unauthorized software modification and service performed by
non-certified technicians.

one-year limited warranty as a new device, plus 90 days of complimentary
technical support.
**AppleCare+:** eligible on the same terms as new devices, within 60
days of purchase.

where the first letter indicates **M** for new, **F** for Apple
